How are our social containers built?
The construction of our social containers is made of cold-formed profiles with a thickness of 4 mm and 5 mm, creating a self-supporting skeleton that consists of a welded roof and floor structure.
The entire structure is coated with primers and anti-corrosive polyurethane lacquers in various colors. Excellent thermal insulation made of polystyrene or mineral wool ensures minimal heat permeability, which translates into low heating costs.
The container walls are made of T-6 galvanized and coated trapezoidal sheet metal with a 10-year warranty. The interior of the container is most often covered with PVC panels, as they are more resistant to external factors and provide our clients with unlimited interior arrangement possibilities. For more demanding customers, we also offer internal walls finished with gypsum boards.
As standard, social containers are equipped with windows, doors, PVC flooring in two colors of your choice (finished with skirting boards), PVC-paneled walls, an electric heater, and ventilation.
Additionally, the containers can be equipped with partition walls, sanitary equipment (toilet, washbasin with a cabinet, shower, electric water heater, bathtub), and plumbing installations. Furthermore, at the client’s request, we can install: electric roller blinds, window bars, air conditioning, alarms, and interior furnishings such as kitchenettes, desks, chairs, tables, single beds, double beds, or bunk beds.
